SURVEY: What do you think about the FACT that the QURAN mentions time as something RELATIVE and WHY?

The Bible, which came first, made a similar statement in 2 Peter 3:8, "But do not forget this one thing, dear friends: With the Lord a day is like a thousand years, and a thousand years are like a day." Also note that an eternal Being, such as God, would be unconfined to time anyway. Thus, the relativity of time would NOT be based on the same principles as Special Relativity.
