Is this Mainland Chinese propaganda?

The people of ROC don't mind one day if there reunited with the mainland in fact there are polls to suggest that they want to. However the use of these polls are misleading and propagandistic in nature. What they don't say is a high majority of those who said they want to rejoin with the mainland said not right now but in the future when the mainland government has changed to a more democratic way of life.
