How to I proceed with getting charges laid concerning internet slander, libel and cyber bullying.?.?

There are 8 of us that were verbally abused with horrific names,accused of being serial killers, and many other racist remarks on a Facebook page with over 5000 members. While we did get some of her fake profiles and that page shut down, we are still very angry that she got away with this. She has 7 outstanding warrants for her arrest in the US, but she still got into Canada. The RCMP in our town said they can't do anything as she did not threaten to kill us. Excuse me? She accused me of being a serial killer! What if my grandchildren had seen that? We have done extensive research on this woman and she is nothing but a scam artist and a fraud.
