Is this a good deal for a beginner?

It's a really good deal for a beginner, and Flow is a brand name, usually packages are crappy no-name brands. It's good, but I recommend a Capita stairmaster, Union contracts or cadets/ cadet dlx, and Vans hi-standards. This retails at around $650, but I'm sure you could find it for around $350 on clearance.
