Verlander for Granderson?

I have granderson, rois, dunn, suzuki, byrnes, and rowand as outfielders. I have Brandon webb, dan haren and Chris young as starting pitchers. I want another good SP and was offered Justin Verlander for Curtis Granderson. Should I do it?
