Even though its a lie, is it okay to say you are a virgin if you are not, if the experience was traumatic?

Okay so lets say that you lost it to someone you thought loved you but was just using you and you were used for and you don't want to count it, or it wasn't that great or you were d, or drunk, or something. In the strictest technicality yes, you had , yes you did lose it, but is it okay to not tell anyone you lost your virginity in those cirstances? I mean supposing if you ever do have again you will practice all the necessary precautions, i know that from a health perspective it wouldn't matter regardless if you were or weren't. I spose what im asking is, is it okay, or normal to create a fantasy where it never happened so you don't have to deal with the shame or the quilt, or the pain ect?
