How to cook meat stew?

Of course you can boil raw meat. If you are going to boil your squirrels I suggest letting them go for a good hour and a half. I would not suggest adding carp to your squirrel stew. I take it you plan to debone the meat first? If you don't you won't be very happy with the results.
