How can I get deal with the fact that my mother in law is going to see my ?

I am 32 weeks pregnant with my 1st child. I live kinda far away from my own family so my fiances mom and his sister are going to be in the room when our child is born. My fiance wants them there and I love them to death but I kinda have problems with them seeing not only my but all of my bodily functions that may happen during the labor. I may seem like a baby to some. I could never tell them especially at this point that I dont want them in there but I need to know how to get ready mentally for this. I dont want my fear of this to effect my labor.
